How does the Coaching Process work?
My Coaching Process is a 6 month commitment.
In my experience, 6 months is a good timespan to implement long-lasting changes.
Over the course of 6 month, with 2 sessions a month, we’ll explore:
Your Vision & Your Why
Your Values, Strengths & Limiting Self-Talk
Your Relationship with yourself & others
Your Emotions, Thoughts & Behaviors and how they impact each other
Your Actionable Goals
We’ll go deeper into your challenges. We’ll design action steps that are relevant to your learning style. At the end of each session, we’ll co-create assignments you’ll commit to doing between sessions or in the long-term.
Coaching is a partnership, which means that we’re both putting our weight in the relationship. I’m offering a general outline to get us started but the Coaching Process is not linear. You’ll be an active partner and collaborator in designing your coaching plan. I co-create and collaborate the Coaching Process with my clients based on what they need and what is most important at that given moment in their life/work.
You like flexibility and to follow your own rhythm?
You might not want to commit for 6 months but would like to have just a few sessions to help “reboot”, or refocus and get you back on track?

What does the Coaching Program look like?
Six month commitment (12 sessions total)
45/50 minutes per session
Meetings via video conference calls twice a month (every two weeks)
First session is focused on establishing our coaching relationship
Next ten sessions are about diving deeper into your challenges
Final session is focused on reviewing the achievements
Three free ten-minutes “emergency” calls
Unlimited emails
How much is the time and money investment?
180€ per month.
45/50 min twice a month.
The actual “work” happens outside of the sessions, as you’ll need to take the time to reflect about what has been discussed, what you uncovered, or rediscovered during a session.
You might also need to experiment with implementing a new habit and actions. This might take from 15 min to 2 hours a week of work, depending of your goals and actions steps.
It does take time, energy and effort so think ahead of time how strong is your desire to commit. You’ll need to put on a learner mindset hat. Learning, by definition, is painful as it’s about growth and change and getting you out of your comfort zone.
Your own commitment to yourself will be the biggest factor in seeing results.
