About my approach
My philosophy
I believe a powerful path to real growth is with transformative and vulnerable conversations. Greater impact in the world is possible when there is a willingness to be truly seen and show up with a courageous heart. That’s why I became a coach. I’m passionate about encouraging people to live their values now - not tomorrow - not when they retire, so they can create and lead a personal and professional life that matters to them.
I work with people who want to gain clarity in what is important for them, build the confidence to go after what they believe and find the courage to ignite others. People at peace with themselves make a happier and kinder world, which is a world I want to live in and contribute to make happen.

My leadership approach
My leadership approach is holistic, not business-like. I don’t believe a title makes you a leader. We all have the capacity to be a leader, in a lot of ways and different contexts - as a partner, parent, teacher, activist, neighbour, friend etc.
I view leaders as relationship experts. By empowering those around you, people feel seen and valued, and when that happens, they will step up. Your leadership will be contagious and more leaders will be created.
I like this quote from Simon Sinek, Inspirational Speaker:
“A leader without a title is better - than a title without the ability to lead.”
To empower, inspire and influence is a set of behaviours that anyone can learn.
I’m convinced that coaching is one of the best ways to develop leadership capabilities.
